Brendan, originally from New Jersey and now a proud resident of Indiana, brings a deep-rooted community and service ethos shaped during his early years in EMS and the Fire Service. Before settling in Indiana, Brendan dedicated himself to both professional and volunteer roles as an EMT and Firefighter in his hometown.

Upon moving to Indiana, Brendan balanced his commitment to community service with academic pursuits, earning a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences (B.S. Comm.) from Purdue University. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, he returned to EMS with IU Health, driven by a sense of duty to support his adoptive community in challenging times.

In 2022, Brendan transitioned into veterinary medicine, joining the Community Pet Healthcare team after completing his bachelor’s degree. Beyond his professional endeavors, Brendan finds joy in learning new skills like carpentry, and unwinds by watching Hockey or Baseball, tending to yardwork, or spending time with his spouse Alex and their dog Sammy
